At Caffè Umbria, we strive to ensure every roast meets our high standards of quality; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only accept returns on non-perishable equipment and merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all non-perishable items are in their original, unused packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
